If you immediately thought "girls" (I did...guilty) you know who our next WCW is.

Beyoncé.

Or, as we at LITRD and so many others fondly refer to her as, Queen Bey.

She's our queen because she has a message we can get behind. Through her music, she empowers us and encourages us to strive for the best. She shows us that our dreams are possible too if we have the right mindset.

She tells us we can do anything. Frankly put, it's awesome. As women, it gives us the confidence that we really CAN do anything, sometimes, even when others think we can't. Heck, if Beyoncé can, why can't I? Right?

She shows us that if we want something, we are just as able as anyone else to get it. It may take some hard work, but anything is possible.

Running a business is a lot of work. There's a lot of doubt, not only by the business owner, but by those on the outside who don't necessarily believe in that business owner. It's in those times of doubt that Beyoncé REALLY speaks to us. It's time to grab the reins and OWN the power.

Now, we all wish we had a personal Beyoncé to encourage us and help us succeed (okay, maybe not everyone, but I certainly do), but we don't.
