Oh, how I love a woman on a mission and with a vision. Being cute is AWESOME, being cute and smart is life!

This week's WCW goes out to Jessica Alba, not only a phenomenal actress, and beauty spokesperson, but a fabulous philanthropist.

Like only a real woman could, when something goes awry, she fixed it.

Alba was inspired by the 2008 birth of her first child Honor and her own history of childhood illnesses to create a company that provided an alternative to the prevalent baby products with ingredients such as petrochemicals and synthetic fragrances. She was compelled to become serious about this venture when one of her mother's product recommendations caused her child a welt outbreak.

Once she saw how powerful creating natural alternatives for children was

, she ventured to create natural products for women's skin care with her spin off brand 'Honest Beauty.'

What I admire most is she cared enough to share the alternatives, she could've totally just used her findings on herself and her children, but she turned something positive into a lucrative brand as well as a very needed and appreciated natural alternative for women and children.

We thank women bold and brave enough to permeate positive awareness, obviously not just a pretty face.. Jessica Alba is a woman on the move.
