Our first WCW goes out to the intellectually radiant, Kerry Washington!

Kerry Washington is not only our first WCW just because she's gorgeous, spectacular, classy, amazing, reserved, AND smart. :)

OR because she kicks major boo-tay on ABC's 'Scandal'... "please hurry back, please hurry back."

Kerry Washington was chosen as our first WCW because of her stance as a woman. Always choosing to take on the role of the woman with intellect because that is how she views herself. She carries her integrity with her on every set she is apart of as well as every campaign she is invited to partner with.

Kerry makes us so proud. She is not only a enchanting actress, she is also a fearless speaker and activist. Kerry was appointed by President Barack Obama to the President’s Committee of the Arts and Humanities in 2009. She also is an active member of the V-Counsel, an esteemed group of advisors to V-Day, the global movement to end violence against women and girls.

Obviously poised with more than a desire to be Hollywood's favorite of the week, she's more concerned with how to impact lives through art and global change.
