Laugh all you want, but our featured woman of the week is funny-woman Tina Fey!

Sure, Tina is hilarious, but she's much more than that.

Tina Fey is a comedic pioneer. As the first head writer on "Saturday Night Live," Tina broke barriers for future female comedians.

Through her career, she's acted and written some of the most classic comedies in history right alongside men, who've held those roles for years.

Now, I know what you're thinking--"but I'm not a comedian!" She broke barriers for people like you and me too.

Tina isn't afraid to take risks. Now, that doesn't mean go cliff jumping, that means sometimes facing your fears and pushing the limits a little bit.

"You can't be that kid at the top of the water slide, overthinking it," Fey said. "You have to go down the chute."

Sometimes business situations can be scary and it's easy to stand at the top of that metaphoric water slide, watching your competitors embark on their journey into the chute. We know it can be scary and we're here to help you. Give us a chance to help you reach those dreams of yours!
